What Are The Disadvantages Of Local Monitoring?

• Is it a U.L listed Monitoring Station ?

• Does the local facility have the resources to spend millions of dollars on monitoring equipment that the national big boys do?

• How many  telephone roll over lines does the local station have? Please understand that your security system sends out only a pulse signal and will not redial if it doesn't connect. So what in an emergency when they are suddenly over run with calls? Will they have a sufficient number of roll over lines...so that your pulse signal is sent to the alarm facility?  

• What happens when weather conditions knock out electricity and phone lines to local monitoring companies?
